Henley on Thames, cottage.

The living space of this cottage is all open plan, comprising a lounge, play room, kitchen, reading room and toilet/utility .Upstairs has three large bedrooms, one double , one large single , a master double bedroom with ensuite and a family bathroom This cottage is ideal for families and people who want home comforts. The space is designed to entertain children whilst allowing adults to relax, with the open plan downstairs , playroom and zen like garden. It is situated on a lovely quiet road which is surrounded by glorious contryside. Guests will have access to all of the house , apart from the loft. I am happy to interact with my guests regularly. This is a lovely neighborhood, very safe and friendly with stunning countryside on our door step. There are lots of local parks and playgrounds, plus a selection of very good pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Henley on Thames is only 8 minutes drive and Reading is 10 minutes, from Reading train station you can get to London in 35 minutes. You also have Windsor, Oxford and Ascot all within 45 minutes drive. There is a bus service at the end of the road which takes you to either Henley or Reading. We have a dog , so whilst i will thoroughly clean the house , it should be noted by anyone with severe pet allergies. I can also provide a cot and changing table for a baby.
