3-bedroom villa to rent with private pool

On ground floor, there is a guest WC and a laundry room equiped with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The living room opens on the terrace and the pool. The 3 bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning. We rely on understanding to avoid abusive usage of the aircon. Kindly switch off the air conditioning when leaving the rooms and the house. One of the double rooms has view on the swimming pool. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a balcony. Upon arrival in the house, a welcome pack (fruit basket, water and fruit juice) is provided. Bed linen & bath towels are supplied and sheets are changed once a week. Beach towels are also provided and sun loungers are available around the pool. There is a maid who comes twice a week (2 hours) to clean the house. The maintenance of the pool by a pool attendant 2 times a week is included in the rental price. There is a parking lot for one vehicle in front of the house and additional visitors parkings next to the entrance of the compound. We highly recommend to rent a car during your stay to explore the island. We have tied up a special deal with a car rental agent whereby the delivery and pick up of the vehicle at the villa are free of charge. Pointe aux Piments is a typical fishing village on the North West coast of Mauritius. You can easily reach the beach front on foot within 10 minutes (400 meters from the house). Trou aux Biches, famous for its stretch of white beach and local restaurants, is only 2,5 kms away. There is a supermarket open 7 days a week in Trou aux Biches. We recommend a rental car to explore the island. We have a special deal with a car rental company with free delivery at the house upon arrival. Bus service stops before dusk.
