Located at the eastern end of Grace Bay, this property, comprises 6 (2 bedroom) and 6 studio units or 6 (3 bedroom) units. Newly built , they are quite modern, with high speed internet. It boasts a pool, barbecue, chess & other outdoor spaces. There are two (2) entrances: west and east. Parking is also available. This area is home Ocean Club, The Tuscany, The Venetian and Blue Haven. We are a mere 10 minutes walk to Grace Bay beach, and a five minutes DRIVE to shopping. Checkers vacation home is a 5-10 minutes walk to Grace Bay beach. Presently there are two (2) entrances, with remote controlled gates. It is a 388 sq ft studio unit, with a queen bed and everything that you need to have a great vacation. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, blender, cooking utensils, dinnerware and paper towels. In addition, we do have a safe, 40" smart TV with cable TV and Netflix and Youtube capability, high speed internet, central air (A/C), ceiling fans and hot water. We also have bed linen, towels and wash rags, hair dryer, iron/iron board, beach towels, pool lounger coverings, umbrella, beach chairs and igloos.
