The countryside summer apartment offers a peaceful village atmosphere. With the crowing of roosters, the barking of dogs and the sound of a circular saw. We have a swing on a tree, a sandpit by the barn, behind the barn the river Ohře suitable for swimming and right next to the water there is a volleyball court for free use. Our guests have a spacious courtyard with seating. And at night you can watch millions of stars overhead like nowhere. Everyone will love this place! Our summer apartment is fully equipped, just come and unpack. The apartment is suitable for all lovers of rural idyll. Families with children are welcome, for whom we are 100% prepared. We will provide you with everything you need from cots with duvets, through a high high chair, a cutting board for a toilet or potty to games and toys. The apartment is ideal for two families. There are 2 separate bedrooms for parents + playroom with up to 4 beds for children, spacious fully equipped kitchen for full cooking and baking, incl. dishwasher, refrigerator with separate freezer and microwave, part of the large room is a dining room and living area with sofa bed, 2 bathrooms (one with bath), 2 toilets. Staying with us is also ideal for all home-based workers who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The house has a powerful WIFI connection. The heating of the summer apartment is provided by a gas boiler, it is possible to use fireplace inserts in the living room to create an atmosphere or heat it on colder summer days. Part of the house is a stylish village pub, where you also cook on selected days of the week. The summer apartment has a separate entrance from the yard, partly passing through the inn. The parking for Guests is available in the yard. I like to meet my guests in person and of course I am available. Because we also use the house as our own cottage, we may meet in the yard. The inn is located in a small village of a few houses. The river Ohře flows in the immediate vicinity of the inn. The entrance to the river is modified, the water is clean, suitable for swimming, but also full of fish. A large green meadow with willows invites you to spend your free time. You can play beach volleyball on a landscaped court, kick the ball between two wooden gates or enjoy a swing on a tree. The village cannot be passed, you can only bypass it and return to the main road. Only the one who is headed here will come here. You will enjoy absolute peace without worrying about passing cars. Nearby is the train station on the route Louny - Lovosice (or Postoloprty - Česká Lípa). In the village of Koštice, which is close by, there are bus connections in the direction of Libochovice. Here it is possible to change to other connections, eg to Prague or to Roudnice nad Labem.
