Devon home with use of private pool close to sea

Fancy trying a taste of Devon life for a bit longer than your average week away? Have the past 2 years tempted you to try life in the country? Home House is now available for longer lets of 4 weeks. We are in a lovely village close to the sea and have 2 great pubs within easy walking distance. You will have shared use of a private pool (with owners) and a lovely summer house in the garden. The house itself has super fast broadband and a home office. The house is an old characterful thatched property nestled in the heart of a lovely Devon village. The atmosphere is cosy and welcoming with an Aga in the kitchen and an inglenook fireplace and log burner in the sitting room. There is a comfortable office with large desk to help with remote working. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and an additional family bathroom. Guests have access to two gardens - one is situated directly in front of the house and the other is a larger with beautiful flower beds and a summer house. Home House is in the heart of an quintessential Devon village with numerous thatched properties. We're only a 12 minute walk from the Teign Estuary and a ten minute drive to local beaches. There is off road parking at the house for up to 5 cars. The nearest train station which has a great service from London is Newton Abbot which is 10 minutes away by car. There is an unfenced stream at the bottom of the garden which could be a danger to young children (approximately 80 metres from Home House). Our private garden also has an unfenced pond.
