This large double bedroom has an exclusive use shower room adjacent to it, accessed off a private landing. It is quiet, has wifi, lots of parking but is in easy reach of M1 and M6. The warm Aga and large peaceful garden will add to a relaxing stay. The double bedroom and adjacent shower room are airy and modern and form part of a Grade 2 Listed former farmhouse with a large mature garden. You can sit with a cup of coffee and watch birds feeding, or wander down to visit our chickens and ducks. Guests will have sole use of the double bedroom and adjacent shower room but will be able to share our open plan kitchen or relax on the mezzanine landing. Catherine works from home, so is available most of the time if you have any queries. Our village has a shop, post office and pub and is situated about 3 miles from Rugby which can be reached by Bus which leaves the village on an hourly basis. There are nice walks along the canal, and lots of places of interest within an hours drive, so if you plan a trip to the Midlands this is a good place to be based. Its Stratford, Warwick, Oxford, Leicester, Birmingham can all be reached within an hour by car. We have a large off road parking area and the house is in a quiet village about 3 miles from M1/M6 interchange.
