Cozy In Law Suite in quiet neighborhood 20 minute drive from PHL airport. Fully equipped kitchen. Cable TV. WiFi access. Non-Smoking. We have a screened in porch that you are welcome to enjoy but it's a community gathering. If you enjoy games we have card games, board games and domino. Happy to direct to any local attractions or new events in the area. All my guests have enjoyed the beauty and quiet of our neighborhood. Commenting often on how it is a sweet hideaway within minutes of anywhere they like to go and a sweet home to come back to after adventures out. Fully private in law suite apt with private entrances. Currently, due to Covid restrictions the porch is only available to sit out in but not to enter or exist from to avoid possible cross contamination. There is a comfy rocker a few steps out of the apt door to enjoy your morning coffee. We are neighbors so while you are here give a call if you need an extra cup of sugar etc. or just have a question. Enjoy many tree lined streets and birds chirping good morning through your window. There is a state park located right up the road for our home as well. We are right off of I-95. Wilmington and Claymont train stations are a short drive. Bus transportation is a few blocks from apt. But best way to see things and get around is by car.
