EACH is about 100+ sqm internally and upstairs also features a 34 sqm deck with stunning views to the mountains. Each has a full kitchen and a full laundry room. They are both rented out individually or together for periods of 2 weeks to a year - please contact me for specific pricing for the period required. Both are fully furnished. Pricing is as follows: 1 week - 2 weeks: $400 a day + Cleaning fee: $350 Bond: 2 weeks rent. 2 weeks - 4 weeks: $370 a day + Cleaning fee: $400 Bond: 2 weeks rent. 5 weeks - 8 weeks: $2200 a week + Cleaning fee: $450 Bond: 2 weeks rent. 9 weeks - 12 weeks: $2100 a week + Cleaning fee: $500 Bond: 3 weeks rent. 13 weeks - 20 weeks: $1800 a week + Cleaning fee: $700 Bond: 4 weeks rent. 21 weeks +: $1500 a week + Cleaning fee: $800 Bond: 5 Weeks rent Prices include all utilities except electricity. Also supplied - vacuum cleaner, steamer, iron and ironing board. * I usually supply laundry powder and fabric softener, soap and shampoo and other necessities. DOWNSTAIRS: * 2 Bedrooms (one very big master bedroom), each with a full bathroom attached! * 40" HDTVs in the bedrooms and in the lounge. * Full gas kitchen with everything you need! Similar facilities as upstairs except for dishwasher. * Both bedrooms have big walk in robes. * Powerful inverter aircon in the main area that cools the whole apartment. * There is plenty of on street parking, also you can park in front of the driveway on the street level. This is a traditional renovated 70s Brisbane brick and tile home that I have renovated to make into two completely separate units. It has enough room for two families or a very large family with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It is very convenient, close to Darra station which takes you to the city and back in 20 minutes in peak hour, it is also only a few minutes drive from Mt Omanney Shopping Centre and the DFO which is an outlet shopping heaven, and only two set of lights from motorway access to the Gold Coast, west and south and north Brisbane, all while sitting in a very quiet area in a very beautiful established young families green suburb.
