Lovely studio apartment near Monza, Milano, Como

The Naturalista is a nice studio on the top floor of a small building of 2 floors in the village of Agliate (Carate Brianza). It consists of entrance hall, living room with kitchenette and table with 3 comfortable chairs, sofa-bed area and bathroom with shower. The village of Agliate is located 50 minutes by car from Como and Milan and 20 minutes from Monza. The apartment is located in a quiet area in front of the Romanesque Basilica and its park. The Naturalist is perfect for 1 or 2 people. The house is warm and welcoming. The kitchen and living area is separated from the area with sofa bed with a structure in hemp ropes. The studio has been recently renovated and is furnished with natural materials, wicker baskets and photographs of plants and leaves. The bathroom is comfortable with a beautiful skylight on the ceiling, the shower is large and there is also a small dressing room with essential material for cleaning. To access the apartment you enter from the building entrance door, climb two flights of stairs and you reach the private door of the apartment. On the upper floor of the building lives Anna, our social caretaker of the apartments, who will welcome guests on arrival and will be available for any need. The staff of the Consorzio Comunità Brianza is also available for further needs and can be contacted by email or phone. Agliate is an ancient village famous above all for the Romanesque Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul, of remarkable historical-artistic value. The apartment is located within the Regional Park of the Valle del Lambro, is surrounded by green in a quiet setting, away from the bustle of the city. Next to the building there is a bar that offers breakfast and cold dining. A few minutes walk from the house you can reach the Mexican restaurant Aldea Antigua and the trattoria Da Fabio that offers traditional cuisine. The house can be reached by car and you can park in the inner courtyard or in front of the house. There is no public transport nearby. From Agliate depart several cycling routes that cross the natural beauty of Brianza. For those who need to move for health reasons we point out that: -Carate Hospital is a 6 minute away by car -Carate Polydiagnostic Centre is 7 minutes away by car -San Gerardo Hospital in Monza is 20 minutes away by car On request and for a fee we offer a laundry service. In the apartment there is wifi but (at the moment) no television.
