A rustic three-bedroom house sitting on a unique country property. The adjacent two-bedroom cabin can also be booked to provide accommodation for an additional 8 people, see our other listing The property is bounded by stunning state forest and the native wildlife has free range, expect to see many species of birds and lizards, wombats, lyrebirds, maybe even a sugar glider and keep an eye out for snakes. Well behaved pets are permitted but must be kept on lead to protect the wildlife. The kitchen and bathroom essentials are supplied but please bring your own bed linen and towels. Alternatively, we can supply linen and towels for an additional fee, please be sure to let us know if you require linen and towels. A quantity of firewood is supplied, additional firewood is available for purchase at $10 per bag. The tap water is untreated, we recommend BYO drinking water and there will be some bottled water in the fridge for you also. This vary large property contains other accommodation offerings and you may see other guests come and go. ample outdoor car parking, one car space under cover. Our front gate is automated and requires a pin code to enter and exit the property. During fire season, (December to March each year), the property may close if a Code Red fire declaration is made for the West Gippsland or Baw Baw regions and for your own safety you will be required to leave. Any unused nights will receive 100% refund.
