The Banana Patch - 1Bedroom Apartment with Parking

This is a cute south facing apartment just a 7 minuet drive from the city. Great for couples or small families to stay at this bright and centrally-located space. Parking on property right in front of house You will share the driveway with the residents, there is a garden which you are free to pick things out of (please be reasonable). Trash is collected every Thursday and recycling bi weekly. I am the granddaughter of the property owners and work full time but have my phone on me at all times. The home owners are retired and live above the apartment with their young Rhodesian Ridgeback - Loki. Asha will be your first point of contact however should you need any assistance Neville (maintenance) or Mickey's (guest comfort) phone numbers are listed inside the apartment. Small neighbourhood on a hill. The neighbourhood is a loop so you can go up the hill in either direction and circle back. We are good friends with neighbours in both green houses and the white. We have a parking spot right in front of the house and secure bike parking in the driveway. Many people rent small cars (twizzies) or mopeds. * WE do NOT have a space to charge any electrical cars which may be rented on island* Flatt's inlet is a 5 minuet bike ride away and our house is a 5 min walk onto the railway trail which runs along the entire island in spurts. There is a laundry mat and convenient store a 6 min walk away.
