A place we call home, two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Located approx. 9Km East of the CBD. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with everything you need to create your own meals, a fully automatic coffee machine, fridge with filtered water/ice maker ducted heating and cooling and fans throughout. Our home is light, bright and airy with stylish neutral tones throughout. It would be our pleasure to host your stay in Adelaide. LOWER LEVEL LIVING/DINING Modern furnishing throughout, the lounge living space is complete with a 75 inch SMART TV, Sonos soundbar, comfy sofa and dining table that seats 8. Located directly off of the living room is a small secure and private Alfresco area with an outdoor King Furniture lounge and Webber Q BBQ (mains gas) KITCHEN/BUTLER’S PANTRY We love to cook and so will you. With a gas stovetop and 900 oven, cooking is a breeze. The butler's pantry is our little gem, with a dishwasher, kettle, toaster and yes, a fully automatic coffee machine (beans). You will find all the basics you need for your stay and more. LAUNDRY You will find the essentials for longer stays with us, front load wash and clothesline located directly outside. UPSTAIRS MASTER BEDROOM A luxury, king size bed with linen bedding complements the holiday feel of our home. The master has ceiling fan, ducted AC, ensuite and WIR. SECOND BEDROOM The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, linen bedding, ceiling fan, ducted AC, and BIR. It is located directly off the second living space. The guests who stay in the second bedroom have direct access to the adjacent full bathroom including a bathtub. RETREAT The upper level contains a second living area with large flat screen TV and chaise style lounge. GARAGE PLEASE NOTE GUESTS DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE GARAGE or STUDY SPACE DURING THEIR STAY. THERE IS STREET PARKING AVAILABLE WITH DIRECT ACCESS TO THE HOUSE. We are contactable, details will be exchanged closer to the date of your arrival. The house in locted 9 km out of the CBD, with easy access to public transport. With an amazing local grocer (Foodland) and gourmet shops with in walking distance. GARAGE PLEASE NOTE GUESTS DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE GARAGE or STUDY SPACE DURING THEIR STAY. THERE IS STREET PARKING AVAILABLE WITH DIRECT ACCESS TO THE HOUSE.
