3 bedroom caravan on Combe Haven

Welcome to our caravan based at Combe Haven Holiday Park! The caravan is a Prestige 3 bedroom (12ft wide) which sleeps 6 people with double glazing and central heating. It is situated on the Saxon Court area of the park and has its own driveway. Master bedroom – has a vanity unit with wall mounted TV and wardrobe. There is lots of storage and en suite with toilet and basin. Twin bedrooms – both twin bedrooms have ample storage available including hanging space Bathroom – a slightly large than normal caravan bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin Kitchen/Diner – the kitchen is fully equipped with a built-in gas oven and hob and microwave. There is an integrated fridge/freezer and a slim line dishwasher. The dining area has a table with 4 chairs and 2 foldable. Living Room – there is a 2-seater and 3-seater sofa, a coffee table with 2 stools, a gas fire and a wall mounted 40” smart TV and DVD player. Outside there is table and chairs available. All electric and gas is included in the price. ONSITE There are several things for the kids to do including lots of sports, nature trails, playgrounds. There is also a new Footgolf course introduced in the 2021 season. There is an indoor and an outdoor pool with a space bowl flume. Within a few minutes walk is the Saxon Bar which has TV screens to show the sports games, some amusements and a soft play area. Up at the main complex there are lots of amusements, the Live Lounge entertainment area, the Mash & Barrell, Papa Johns and Burger King. Please note; some of the activities onsite, access to swimming pool and live lounge require a play pass from Haven which can be purchased from reception when you arrive. We are able to let you know the costings of these when you book. OFFSITE Within 10/15 minutes drive you will be in the town centre and Old Town area of Hastings which has lots to offer. If you are interest in history you will find Battle 20 minutes drive away. Here you will find out the details of what happened all those years ago in 1066. A bit further afield you have Eastbourne and Brighton which has even more entertainment.
