The House is a handcrafted colonial homestead, with wrap around verandas sitting on over 3 acres of lush grounds. Epiphany Estate accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 luxurious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a beautiful living and dining area, gym/office, outdoor bath, chef’s kitchen along with extensive outdoor entertaining areas overlooking the pool and two spas. Epiphany Estate will easily become your favorite midweek and weekend holiday destination, it’s also the perfect location to host small corporate off-sites and retreats. Purposely designed and decorated to encourage rest and relaxation, you will enjoy a park like garden, with indoor and outdoor living for both formal and informal occasions. The outdoor areas include your own duck pond (complete with a family of ducks), private outdoor claw-foot tub, saltwater pool, and two spas, which are perfect for relaxing in after a day's wine tasting. The house has air-conditioning and fans throughout to keep you cool in summer and in winter, you can enjoy a delicious Hunter red in front of the beautiful fire. Offering indoor and outdoor dining options for up to 8 people, the open plan chef’s kitchen, gas oven, and double fridge (with ice and endless sparkling water) provide everything you will need to prepare gourmet meals. The large gas Matador BBQ is perfect for cooking up a casual poolside lunch or dinner. The expansive grounds provide the perfect city escape, between visiting vineyards you can spend time in the hammock reading a book, toasting marshmallows on the fire, or playing a game of cricket with family and friends. And after all that activity, your nights’ sleep will be one of the best with premium queen beds in every room and cotton linen. The house also includes a multipurpose room that combines a gym and home office set up. Separate from the main living areas of the house, it provides a quiet and private space for anyone wanting to work remotely or work up a sweat. ACCOMMODATION (4 BEDROOMS, 2.5 BATHROOMS) Maximum 8 guests Bedroom One (Master bedroom) - 1 x Queen Bed Bedroom Two - 1 x Queen Bed Bedroom Three - 1 x Queen Bed Bedroom Four - 1 x Queen Bed TARIFF Weekend - minimum 2 nights, 8 guests from $1500 per night (Thu-Fri, Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun) Midweek - minimum 2 nights, 8 guests from $1200 per night (Monday-Thursday) Please note if Sunday check in then an additional $400 weekend cleaning charge will be applied to your booking. The house has a no party policy, including bachelor and bachelorette parties. SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit/bond of $2000 is required for your stay. NOTES 1-night bookings based on availability (surcharge applies) 3 night minimum for long weekends, Easter, Xmas and New Year bookings Concerts weekends in the Hunter Valley do have a set minimum to stay and may attract a surcharge. NO CHILDREN UNDER 12 The property features a large, unfenced duck pond, so, for this reason, we do not allow children under 12. There is parking for approx 4-6 cars Although we don't live on the property, we live close by so can be available when required. Located in the heart of the Hunter Valley in a quiet neighbourhood and set back on 3 acres of park-like grounds, Epiphany Estate is just 2.5km from the quaint rural township of Branxton. It is within walking distance to Pierre's Wines and located near Australia's oldest vineyard, Wyndham/Dalwood Estate. The property has parking for 4-6 cars.
