Quirky guesthouse in between Newquay & Perranporth

Little Mexico is a one bedroomed guesthouse situated in close proximity to Holywell, Perranporth and Crantock beaches each just a few miles away. Perfect for couples and small families only with the option to accommodate well behaved pets too. In addition to the double bedroom there is a double sofa bed located in the living room alongside the standard 3 seater sofa. There is a also an old vw campervan in the garden that will provide an alternative option to sleep/dine/relax when the sun is out! especially for the adventurous outdoorsy kids or adults! Situated on the A3075 between Newquay and Perranporth, it is a great location and although there may a bit of road noise now and then at busy times, this is only recognised when in the garden and does not distract too much from this wonderful secluded and central position. There are buckets & spades, body boards, a 6ft foamy surfboard with various wetsuits for you all to use free of charge. take them to the beach and have fun! The internet is very good and there are two smart tv's , one in the living room and one in the bedroom. In addition to the guest house wetroom that has a toilet, sink and walk in shower, there is also a fully working cast iron bath in the garden. Perfect for some outdoor evening champagne relaxing and bathing for couples, washing dirty dogs or for the kids to play and get clean at the same time. There is also a fire pit and coal bbq. There is parking for two cars in front of the guest house, secure and secluded in the grounds and away from main property.
