A full bathroom and small outside service area. Own garden and access to the house's orchard with lemon, cherry, mango, guava and papaya trees. Simple barbecue and outdoor shower. Parking inside the property. Located in an ancient farmland area , silence covers the rural environment (even on weekdays) and is occasionally broken by the lowing of cows or the barking of dogs. From the mezzanine, all views are extremely pleasant, one of them being a range of verdant mountains that runs along the coast. Well harmonized spaces and a "finger chosen" furniture complete the atmosphere. The Armação neighborhood is friendly and simple, but very well served by commerce in general (from tobaco store to restaurants, bars and supermarkets), and very close to Florianópolis airport. Served by bus lines and Uber, as well as delivery apps. All nearby beaches have paid parking. We are on the border between Armação / Matadero and Pàntano do Sul. A safe and peaceful area in the midst of lush nature and the rural environment of the south of the island. Beautiful beaches for all types of users and frequented by artisanal fishermen. The Peri Lagoon, 5 km away, provides an alternative for leisure in fresh water. There are great seafood restaurants and other specialties within a radius of 3 kms. In addition, there are numerous ecotourism options around, such as the trails Lagoinha do Leste, Guarida (with a beautiful waterfall at the end), Morro da Coroa viewpoint, Campanha island, Dedo de Deus viewpoint, Solidão waterfall and many other fantastic beauties of nature. It is still possible to cycle to the beach of Balneario de Açores or Mirante do Morro das Pedras. We are also at the foot of the climb to the "Sertão do Ribeirão" (10 km) where cachaça and other sugarcane by-products are produced in a very artisanal way. We are 15 km from Hercilio Luz airport. The area is well served by well paved main roads, there are several paid parking lots along the beach accesses (Armação and Matadero) and free parking (Açores).
