A peaceful private property with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. We are located 10 minutes away from Adelaide's CBD with access to all forms of transport right outside our doorstep; you will have the sights of Adelaide right at your fingertips. The small spacious flat is fresh, clean, and inviting. You will have access to walking and bike trails that take you all around the neighborhood and into Goodwood shopping district. There is street-side parking on a quiet back street. We are a very friendly family and love a chat. We have lived in Adelaide for many years so feel free to ask us about the best places to visit. Prime location to many areas, including the city and Glenege beach. Easy access to all forms of public transport (trams, trains, and buses). The free-standing studio flat is next to our home but remains a private space. Laundry is accessible in our home or at a laundromat 2 minutes away in Goodwood. We have 2 cats and 3 free-range chickens; they stay in the backyard.
