Ours is a spacious 4 Bedroom, multi storey villa located 10 minutes from the Cochin International Airport. The property sits on the Periyar river and is surrounded either side by groves of Nutmeg, Coconut and Arrack palm. we have a fruiting orchard garden, which, when in season, gives us rose apples, guavas, rambutan, mangoes, and pineapples. we have direct access to the river and extremely comfortable well-appointed rooms with ensuite bathrooms. On the outskirts of the city, nestled on a quiet bend of the Periyar river, just a 5-minute walk from the national highway, Our location is extremely accessible, our place is extremely comfortable and we are certain you won't regret a visit. Guests will have access to parking, The private garden, WIFI, and the riverside. We will reachable by phone to help get guests settled in and guide them around the house and provide any assistance if required. There will also be a person on the property to guide you to your room assist you if needed. The metro station is only 2 km down the road and from there you can access all of Kochi city. Also, we have a vehicle, with a driver available on request if you prefer a more extensive day trip, whether it be to soak in the culture of old Kochi or visit the world-renowned Thattekad Bird Sanctuary. Our property is easily accessible to food delivery apps and there are many interesting restaurants in the area with a wide variety of cuisines to choose from. We also have a fully equipped kitchen in case you would like to cook your own meals.
