Beach cottage at Kyrösjärvi

Enjoy the best of Finnish summer at the shore of beautifull lake Kyrösjärvi. Stay in the cozy wooden cottage with separate lakeside sauna and outdoor summer kitchen. Both sauna and cottage just renovated. Located by the Kyrösjärvi lake only few kilometers from Ikaalinen spa with all the services. Big yard, sauna, covered outdoor barbeque area, sandy private beach, fireplace; everything you need to relax. Lot of space for sports and games at grass yard regardless if you like sunshine or shadow. Big sandy private beach for kids or sunbathing. Possibility to go swimming from the beach or from the pier in front of sauna terrasse. From late June to the end of August, Ikaalinen is an ideal place to experience berry-picking after which mushroom season is at it's best until late October. Cabin has two rooms, one with open concept kitchen and livingroom and the other for sleeping. In the kitchen you have table, fireplace and sofa that can be turned into bed for two. You also have stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, water boiler, fridge and all other basic needs. Sleeping room accommodates four. Sauna building is separate and wood heated saunastove will make you also warm water. Kitchen is equipped with fridge, electric stove/oven, microwave, koffee machine, and all basic equipment. Outdoor kitchen is equipped with gas grill, wood/coal grill, smoker, griddle (muurinpohjapannu), sink and running water. You also have rowing boat and kayak, life jackets and different kind of games for indoor and outdoor use available. Basic fishing gear is provided, please note the local fishing regulations. Cottage, sauna, beach, yard, outdoor barbeque, terrasse, forest. Easy access but not suitable for wheelchairs. Roomy parking place for 4-5 cars. Outdoor hot tub available for rent with extra charge. Guests can access the property independently with PIN code but can be hosted when needed. The other cottages are not within sight so you can enjoy your privacy. The hosts are available over the phone 24/7, if any issues arise. New and modern fully composting ecological toilet with zero burden to environment, no traditional flushing toilet. Possible to compost also other biodegradeable waste as food. Washing room is in sauna, no standard shower. Sauna stove also warms up the hot water. Water comes from a natural spring and is fully drinkable.
