Farm Stay at Eden Hills Eungella
Reconnect with nature in a private 2 bedroom cabin on our cattle farm. Easily accessible, nestled between Eungella National Park and Sate Forrest, close to walking tracks, bird watching & only 10minutes to the Diggings Swimmingholes and 4WD tracks. Enjoy feeding our resident Boer goats Ayesha & Tinkerbell, nature walks exploring the farm and view platypus at our house dam during dusk with a botte of wine at the table and chairs provided. You will enjoy the cabin all to yourselves which you will find stocked with all the essential amenities and included wifi, Netflix and Disney plus. You will likely see us out and about in the afternoon as we feed the goats near the cabin. All essentials for an infant/toddler stay are available upon request and will be available in the cabin for your arrival. Please just message us to inform us on any requests. Available: port a cot with linens, baby toys, toddler toys, high chair or toddler booster chair A car is essential for experiencing all Eungella has to offer. Most sites, including our cabin, are accessible by two-wheel-drive. There is a short distance of council maintained dirt road to access the cabin which is easily accessible with only a 2WD. Our family live in the homestead and are able to answer any questions when needed and will always be respectful of guest privacy. Eungella, Queensland Australia Eungella, a name that means "land in the clouds" (and is pronounced "Young Galah") is 80kms west of Mackay, perched on the Clark Range, looking down the Pioneer Valley. The view from the Eungella Chalet is unmissable - you'll likely not again see a pub with the hang-gliding ramp on the front lawn. Visitors to Eungella enjoy hikes, wildlife viewing, mountain biking, off-roading, along with the lock arts and crafts. Eungella village has an elevation of 600 metres. We are a 10 minute drive from the village, including 5 minutes through the national park and a few minutes down our driveway. We are 800 metres above sea level. A car is essential for experiencing all Eungella has to offer. Most siles, including our cottage, are accessible by two-wheel-drive.
