The Shire - 2/1 with large fenced backyard

I've spent the last 2 years living in The Shire, while completely remodeling both the inside and out. I'm excited to share my space with you and hope you enjoy it as much as I do! Great space for graduate students, professors, or families! You have access to the entire house and a large fenced backyard. The house is within walking distance of Fresh Thyme, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, Chipotle, the Cardinal Greenway, and Minnetrista. It is approx 1 mile from BSU. Cozy and eccentric space with all the amenities. You will have access to Wifi, Youtube TV, and Netflix. The kitchen includes everything you will need to make yourself at home, including blender, crockpot, pots/pans, baking dishes, dishes, silverware, and Tupperware. Our coffee maker is an insulated coffee press. We'll have easy step directions if you've never had the pleasure of making a perfectly brewed pot of freshly pressed coffee - you're in for a treat! You have access to the entire house and a large fenced backyard. The driveway has plenty of parking for guests. Street parking is also allowed. You will have access to the house via a keypad at the entrance. Access code will be provided during check-in. There is a large detached garage on the other side of the backyard that is off-limits for guests, although you may feel free to use the porch and check out the handmade greenhouse. You will not likely run into the owner (unless he is grabbing something from the detached garage), although he is available anytime for questions and concerns.
