Pura Vida 4

My name is Liliana, the owner, an Italian woman in love with Costa Rica who has lived here for 25 years. If you are looking for a corner of paradise to enjoy relaxation surrounded by nature near the white beaches of Samara and Playa Carrillo then PURA VIDA 4 is for you! 70 km (1 hour) "from Liberia to Guanacaste". 5 km (10 min) from the city of Nicoya. 30 km (20 min) from Samara beach and Playa Carrillo. The house of 95 square meters is located in my property of about 5000 square meters surrounded by unspoiled and relaxing nature made of palm trees, banana trees, mangoes ...... and lots of green, where you can often meet monkeys, toucans, colibri 'and other absolutely harmless species of fauna. The common area has an above ground pool, and an outdoor dining area with BBQ. Inside the property there is the house where I live and another holiday home, the Pura Vida 2. There are 5 affectionate dogs that can be closed if necessary in an enclosed area with fence to give the possibility 'to guests to be able to move freely without any impediment. My guests have no limitations! They can move freely throughout the property. Swimming pool open from 15 November 2018 to 15 June 2019 I leave my guests in freedom 'without being intrusive but if they want I can be with company available to help them and to propose things to do and see as a real Tourist Guide. The house is located within the Natural Reserve "Estrella de Paraiso" where fauna and flora of extraordinary beauty coexist. Monkeys and toucans roam free in the park and it is very easy to meet them and enjoy their company. When you arrive at the airport it is advisable to rent a jeep to be able to run freely without any problem both to reach the property and to move throughout the area, the roads are mostly gravel roads. At Pura Vida 4 you can do Relaxation immersed in nature, be caressed by the white sand and waves of the transparent water of Samara Beach and Playa Carrillo, make beautiful horseback riding at sunset on the beach and hiking or trekking in the nearby areas.
