This Studio is freshly renovated and on the second floor of a quiet home. We are a five minute walk from all downtown amenities (Including the library and the Credit Union Business Center) and a five minute drive from all shops and the hospital in Amherst. Suitable for a couple but ideal for folks in need of a temporary spot to stay if your work brings you this way. A 90 second walk takes you to lovely Curry Park. Clarence House (Circa 1900) is a lovely three unit recently renovated home. Your hosts (Darcy and Jim) live on the main floor and are on site to ensure you have all you needs met. The studio (your home in Amherst!) is on the second floor. NOTE: There is a steep set of stairs (Count 'em- 19!) and not suitable for folk with mobility issues. No parking issues and an easy five minute walk to all downtown amenities. Quiet residential street, lovely neighborhood with a park. Easy walk on mostly flat streets. Short drive to shopping. 5 minute cab ride from the Atlantic Coach Bus stop.
