This recently carpeted enchanting double ensuite bedroom has a new Warwick Slumberdown kingsize bed with a high base unit and 9" deep orthopaedic mattress. The bed can also adjust to 2 singles if required. There is a 43" flat screen TV and the hospitality tray offers a microwave plus a selection of teas and coffee making facilities. Free high speed Wi-Fi access, information folder, ironing facilities & hairdryer are available, The ample wardrobe space has full length mirrors, with additional pillows and blankets. This is a secluded room on the ground floor and is ideal for guests with mobility issues as everything is on the same level. It is also requested by smokers who want regular access to the front garden and the relaxing chairs under the pine tree ! Dog lovers also have a preference for the tranquility of this hidden room. The ensuite is amply provided with natural toiletries. There is also a newly fitted heated towel rail. This was the precursor for all my activities at Amber House Alrewas. My main aim is to make sure guests can totally relax, feel comfortable and are well looked after. Alrewas is one of the oldest recorded communities in the Midlands. Originally called 'Alders Wash' in the Doomsday Book as Alder trees were planted on marshy ground and the makings of today's village developed Amber House is within walking distance of 3 village pubs, an Indian restaurant, and 2 takeaways. It has a good infrastructure of shops including traditional butcher,hairdresser, dentist, doctors, and last but by no means least very relaxing canal walks.
