On the ground floor of the property there is one twin bedroom and one double bedroom plus a shared bathroom with shower and bath. There is also a travel cot available. Upstairs is the open living space and kitchen. From the upstairs there are double doors with external steps which lead to an outdoor dining area. From here you often see incredible sunsets. Behind the garage (not part of this letting) there is small secluded south facing and sheltered lawn area with picnic table. There are also a couple of other separate spots to enjoy the morning sun. You will need your own vehicle for this property as there are no easily accessible local bus or train services. Next to the property is enough space for two vehicles to park. We are not on site and you will be able to access the property. Inside there will be information about the property and we will provide contact details for any further questions. Sitting on a hill in open farmland, and with Church Cove in the distance, the barn looks over the market town of Helston where you can find good coffee shops and the usual big brand supermarkets. Close by, the pretty fishing harbour at Porthleven offers charming strolls, excellent dining out and some great gift shopping. Less than 20 minutes away you can find sandy beaches for surfing or sand castling, sheltered creeks for boating, cycle trails with cycle hire, the buzz of Falmouth and Penryn high streets. Not much further and you'll find great rock pooling, a castle on an island or an open theatre on a cliff. Staying for a lazy day at the barn and you more than likely to see buzzards and plovers overheard, swallows giving flight lessons to their young from the eaves of the garage, rabbits and an occasional fox in the fields, even a stoat.
