Winters lodge is an attractive, detached, timber framed, single storey holiday lodge standing in a beautiful 1.5 acre plot. A nature lovers paradise: from the spacious and comfortable open plan living area you can spend all day relaxing and watching the many species of resident and visiting ducks on the ponds through the picture windows. In the summer the patio area beckons for sundowners at sunset. Whatever the season the natural beauty and serenity provides the perfect scenic getaway. Winters Lodge is a modern and spacious single storey timber framed building. Collect the key from the key safe and access through the front door into the entrance hall. Off the hall there is a spacious king sized room, a twin room, a family bathroom with separate shower and bath and a large open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area with huge picture windows looking out over the beautiful garden and ponds. French doors open onto a decked fenced area. There is a deep unfenced pond and so children need to be supervised at all times. Equipped with electric central heating with underfloor heating from an air source pump, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Sky and Wi-fi. The lodge is located in the village of Spaxton with a lovely community shop 1.5 miles away and The Lamb Inn is 2 miles away. Located at the foot of the Quantock Hills, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Bridgwater is 6.7 miles away and Taunton 7 miles away. Lots of parking on site. I live nearby and am available to help with anything at all. Winters Lodge is situated on Bush Lane, in the highest part of unspoilt Spaxton, at the foot of the Quantock Hills. A designated area of outstanding natural beauty, there are beautiful walks from the door. A true gem and stunning place to relax and unwind and experience nature at its best. Winters Lodge has plenty of parking. Lots of lovely walks from the door but a car is required to explore the area properly. There is a huge deep unfenced pond just outside the lodge (home to many species of wild duck) and so children need to be supervised at all times.
