The amazing North Norfolk coast is an hour’s drive away. There are wide beaches, the coastal path, the RSPB nature and bird reserves, and the delightful old world seaside towns of Sheringham, Southwold and Cromer. Our fine cathedral city of Norwich is half an hour’s drive away, boasting a wealth of historic and beautiful buildings as well as the Norman castle, a market, established since before the Normans came, and lots of opportunity for shopping in small enterprises, as well as the major retailers.
