Registered guests have access to all of the grounds of the entire house, their sleeping areas, kitchen, the garden, and may use all of the amenities and household items we provide for a most functional and comfortable stay. * some restriction may apply, refer to section "house rules" Upon booking we will send you a downloadable informative guestbook to help you get familiar with our house, its contents that you may use, and we will ask you to supply us with your preferred form of contact during your stay. A mobile phone or an email or both are acceptable, but if you use messenger for example, or Whats App, we are here to help you stay in contact, and we will accomodate your method of communication with our team. Our coutryside local greeting and maintenance team are the adorable, warm kindhearted Lenke (auntie) "néni" and the humorous and lively Jozsi ( uncle ) "bácsi" will be the ones to greet you, show you around and supply you with a set of keys. Then, you are on your own to enjoy an uniterrupted holiday. However, you may ask for our team to help you further ( some services subject to extra charges). *Please note the greeting auntie and uncle couple only speak Hungarian. The guesthouse is located in the Bukk mountain, in one of the loveliest small villages where time seems to slow down and we can steal a glimpse of the fast diminishing past. If you are driving please do not park in the front of the house but keep the car beside the top if the driveway on the very safe dead end street for safety reasons. The driveway is very steep. Thank you for your cooperation! During your stay we are not cleaning but we can arrange extra mid-week cleaning for €20 . Arrival time is 3 pm and check-out 11:30 Early check-in or Late check- out only possible when it is not rented next day or the previous night and we have a hrly charge . We offer welcome food basket for a fee of €20 , contents bread, eggs, butter, jam, cheese , oil ,milk fruits and sausage . We supply a basic amount of coffee, tea, sugar and some spices.
