All Guémené's shops, bars, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance and the nearest big supermarket (Intermarché) is only 1.5 minutes away by car if you have too much shopping to carry. The major towns of Pontivy and Vannes are only 25 minutes and 1hr15 away respectively by car. Larmor Plage beach is 50 minutes. We live approximately 25minutes away and can assist with any situations or problems arising with the property. On arrival, we will either leave the key in a pre-arranged location or we will meet you in person if possible. 44 Rue Emile Mazé is laid out over three floors with access via stone steps to the front door. The kitchen, dining area and living room are on the lower floor, with level access to the rear garden. The front door to the hallway, the master bedroom and principal bathroom are on the middle floor and the 2nd bedroom is on the upper floor, accessed by steep, narrow stairs. The property may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or very small children.
