This space features large windows, plenty of natural sunlight and well appointed furniture to make your stay extra special. Bedrooms also include there own TV's. Plenty of space to host extra family that might be staying offsite. All the little extras makes your stay feel like home. This is a loft apartment, located above a real estate office which is also owned by the same owner. The main living area is bright and open concept. The bedrooms are located on the back side of the building making it quite for our guest. There is lots of closet space and smart tv’s in each room for your viewing pleasure. The bathroom feels like a spa. Parking downtown town is 2 hours from the hours of 9 to 5 each day. There is free parking and paid parking down the street. Should a guest be booked longer than 1 night we can provide a parking pass. We will have a welcome guide available to further explain all the great things about the space and amenities close by. Keys can be accessed from the lockbox located on the front door. If you require anything a quick call or text will be suffice We are located in the heart of Yorkton. Shopping, dining and other entertainment is within walking distance. Both bedrooms could accommodate double blow up mattress and or they could be placed in the main area between the island and stairs. Kids toys and colouring books are available.
