This is a spacious apartment close to the centre of Freiburg with beautiful views of the Black Forest in all directions, as well as the Cathedral, 'Water Castle' and surrounding vineyards. The place has a good-sized, newly refurbished kitchen, a wide hallway including dining area, a large bathroom with bath/shower, separate toilet, a light & spacious living room, a well-proportioned bedroom and a balcony with bench and table with views over the idyllic surroundings. This is a bright and spacious apartment in the nicest area of Freiburg: Wiehre. Outdoor cafes, boutique ice cream shops, restaurants, weekly markets and bars are all in walking distance. The forests is 5 minutes on foot if you like walking in the hills, and is a paradise for those who like mountain biking. The centre is 10 minutes walk away and the tram line 1 is 5 min on foot. That line connects with the Train Station, Centre Town and main Tram lines. Perfect for week-end breaks or extended stays. Warm, cosy and child-friendly. All the parts listed. The parking is outdoors at the back of the building, in a designated area. Only one car might be possible to host. The tram line No 1 is less than 5 min by foot. The train station is 25 min by foot and 12 min by tram + waiting time and walk to the tram. This is a flat on the last floor of a well-kept old building. There is no lift so those interested need to be happy to go up 4 floors but enjoy the reward of the views. Our neighbours are lovely but also quiet, hence no parties please.
