Forget your worries in this tranquil and serene space. The country cottage is set on 9 acres surrounded by manicured lawns and gardens, with established trees and livestock in adjacent paddocks. The main residence is set back away from the cottage, with plenty of space to park a trailer, boat or caravan behind secure gates and set away from the road. Explore walking up the back of the property to find a rustic shack with a bar setting/ picnic area, before sleeping soundly in a king bed and be woken up by an array of birds and wildlife before breakfast in the outdoor screened area equipped with a BBQ. Coffee, tea, sugar and milk are provided. The property is accessed along a gated lane-way shared with a child care centre and is therefore away from the road. Schofields station is close by, and light Metro station is at Tallawong Rouse Hill ( 5km) which takes you to Chatswood in 40 mins. We give our guests space but are available if we may help you in any way given we live on the property in the main residence. Simply contact us by text, phone or just knock on the front door, otherwise we will leave you in peace. We are close to Schofields shops (opposite railway station) where you will find a Woolworths, Coles, Oporto, McDonalds, Chemist. Schofields Village on Railway Terrace offers Chinese take away and Cafe’s. Marsden Park Hub offers , Costco, Bunnings, IKEA, JB Hifi , Anaconda, Lindt Factory and assorted shops and eateries and a medical centre. Rouse Hill Town Centre is 6.7km away. The Marsden Brewhouse is 5 min drive away. Stonecutters Ridge Golf Club is a 7 min drive to Colebee. Railway station at Schofields . You can catch a train to Windsor or Richmond to explore a country town . Or you can travel to the city of Sydney within 45mins-1hr. The metro at Tallawong allows you travel to Castle Hill shops and cinemas in 15-20mins. Parking is available at the stations I am a qualified remedial therapist and my clinic is attached to the main residence, I sometimes have clients attending sessions while guests are staying at the cottage.
