Lumen Place is born from the unique thought of making home in each of its rooms, the choice of every detail and its careful design are the true reflection of the purpose of fulfilling that condition. Our greatest satisfaction will be to achieve it. Flat for two people, with separate double bedroom. Living room with sofa bed. Kitchen with all services. All rooms with views of the city. Taking the history and emblem of the building as a relay, we began our project with the commitment to restore the essence of the place, with the illusion of giving it back the warmth it has always transmitted; to give it back the noise, the laughter, the games, the commotion, the silence, and also to give it back its home. New bonds will be created and new feelings will emerge, and they will be unified with those transformed today into pleasant memories. And with the same essence of the place, LUMEN Place will allow you to feel it from both points of view; with the one of yesteryear, where the bamboo will turn into a roundabout and you will feel the same eagerness of its canes, or not, to reach the fifth; and with the current one, where the generosity of the building will wrap you up, turning you into one more character of this city. Mondoñedo, historic town par excellence; recently elected as one of the most beautiful towns in Spain. With its unique public buildings, its simple but extraordinary houses and its great Cathedral, declared a World Heritage Site, together with its narrow and small streets, make this enclave a heritage paradise difficult to forget. All this nestled at the bottom of a valley, where its green hills speak to us of the great landscape richness of its immediate surroundings.
