Welcome to our cozy home in the beautiful Shuswap. Our little piece of paradise. Forget your worries in this spacious and bright space. Whether your here for business or pleasure you'll enjoy the quiet comforts of home. A restfull place to put your feet up after a busy day. Sorrento has plenty to offer with a nearby waterpark, boating, fishing, swimming, golf, hiking, restaurants, pub, snowmobiling and a whole lot more. Private entrance into a 1000 square foot bright daylight basement suite. Radiant in floor heat so you don't feel that cold chill on your feet. Full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, ( one king bed and one double bed) washer and dryer, Pet friendly with a fenced yard that we share. A fire pit and ample parking. Your private entrance is located at the side of the house towards the back yard and next to the driveway. There is a keypad entry for your convenience. The yard is shared and fenced for your pet and your welcome to use the fire pit. Lawn chairs provided. We live on the property and share the yard so some interaction my happen. Water park / dog park, coffee shop, post office, hardware, groceries with liquor store, pub and restaurants all within 2 min. drive. Lake / beach access, boat rentals, golf all within 10 min. drive. Many hiking trails, great fishing and snowmobiling in the area. Salmon arm is 25 min. Kamloops is 45 min. As the owners, myself, my huband and our dog live upstairs. You might hear us occasionally moving around upstairs or see us in the yard working. We make every effort to ensure noise is kept to a minimum for your commfort durring your stay.
