Private bedroom #2 in emptynesters' home

Separate wing in emptynesters' home. Now that our two children have flown the nest, their bedrooms and a dedicated kitchen-living area are available. Each bedroom is listed separately, but if you are interested in reserving the entire space, send us an inquiry to see if we can accommodate your request. The space is private but adjoined to my and my husband's space. We are on the property if you have questions or needs. There are 2 cozy bedrooms that once belonged to our son and daughter. Those share the hallway with the full-size bathroom. There is an attached living and kitchen space for your use. Guests enter through a private, keypad entrance. You may also have access to our washer/dryer upon request. Clean and well-behaved pets allowed. Must be friendly as we have 3 dogs. Parking available on the street. You will have a private bedroom and shared bathroom, kitchen and living spaces. The shared spaces are shared only with the other guest room. If you are the only guest booked during your specified time frame, you'll have the entire wing to yourself! My husband and I have totally separate spaces. We both work during the week, but are available by message during that time. In the evenings and on weekends, we are typically available on the property. This house is in the heart of Groves. It is an easy commuting distance to the local refineries and a 3-minute drive to access Hwy 73. It's just a short 4-block drive to Twin City Hwy where you'll find: Wal-Mart, Sonic, Planet Fitness, Whataburger, Taco Bell, etc. Downtown Groves is also just a few minutes away. We are also in the delivery zone of Waitr, Favor, and Door Dash apps.
