Travel Safe | Departamento de Salud (pr.gov) website After information is completed Travel Safe PR will give you a QR code, save this to your phone (or take a screen shot). Once you arrive here to the airport and gather your luggage, prior to exiting the airport, you will need to have this scanned by airport personnel as you exit airport along with a photo ID. You are then good to go and enjoy your stay in Puerto Rico! Please send us your flight information via email prior to your arrival so we know when to pick you up. Please also let us know if you will need car seats or booster seats for little ones, and we will bring these when we pick you up. We are located 25-30 minutes from the airport. *If you do not wish to utilize complimentary pick up and drop off and you are renting a car, we suggest renting a vehicle from one of the onsite car rental companies at the airport. We have had personal experience in the past with offsite car rental companies not having any vehicles available although a reservation was made in advance, not a great experience at 2AM. For nearby activities and getting around the Puerto Rico area we have you covered! We can assist in booking any tour/day activity for you and provide transportation. In addition to free San Juan Airport pick up and drop off, you can enjoy 1 complimentary scheduled drop off and pick up per day during your entire stay with us.
