Little slice of Great Britain in Dallas....

This is for a whole house rental with use of pool, laundry, study and garage if needed. This time of year it is so cosy and the fireplace creates a wonderful ambiance. I spend most of the year in England so am open to long-term rental discussion. My home is very close to Texas Motor Speedway, Southlake Town Square, Grapevine Historic District, Gaylord Convention Center, Sabre, 15 minutes from DFW and close to both Dallas and Fort Worth. Unique, beautiful home that will wrap its arms around you. Welcome! I have a precious home close to all of Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex amenities. I've lived here for 25 years so have loved making it a special, nurturing place to breathe, love and live joyfully. It is a 3 bedroom but one of the bedrooms I converted into an office, you can put a cot in there if required. I am a Joy Mentor and work from home. I live partly in London and part in Dallas so am open to renting on a per night B&B basis (see other listing if I am in town). Alternatively I will rent the whole house on a nightly, weekly or monthly basis and perhaps even long term. It has been freshly refurbished so everything (carpet, walls, and most furniture) is new. Suitable perhaps for an executive being transferred to Dallas on business. The home has a beautiful, fully private back garden with pool and deck. Romantic lighting and lots of pretty citronella lamps make it a relaxing zen space especially very early in the morning when I go out there to work or late at night to swim and wind down. My friends always say all the magical lighting make it like coming to a resort when they visit for alfresco meals. Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances plus kitchen nook for breakfast. Laundry room with new washer that seems to leave clothes smelling so fresh, study in lavender (great feng shui color for attracting prosperity), antique dining room is a great place to entertain, 60” HD television in living room and TVs in both bedrooms. There is even a baby grand if you play. The bedrooms are lovely sweet places to relax, both beds are very comfy but the master has a brand new Temperpedic mattress which is oh so dreamy to sleep on. Jacuzzi tubs in both bathrooms. A fountain in the living area provides constant, soothing water running to move the energy and creates great feng shui. It is 15 minutes from DFW airport, 5 minutes from gorgeous Southlake Town Square and fun Roanoke, and half way between Dallas and Fort Worth, so you get the best of both worlds. The culture of Dallas and the Cowboy Charm of Fort Worth. If you have the whole house and would water my flowers that would be lovely. You just have to see it to appreciate the positive energy that flows through this home. I would like to rent to someone who will cherish my home as much as I do. It has a special energy and will truly nurture you….. I promise you will love it here. I also have three electrical blow up beds that can accommodate extra guests. Plus will serve a proper English Afternoon tea to welcome you on your first day if you rent on a week or longer basis. Trophy Club is a very safe neighborhood, close to DFW but not too close. The home is in a cul-de-sac and my neighbors are all really lovely. The Gaylord Hotel is close for convention guests. Southlake and Roanoke, both 5 minutes away are really special places to wine and dine, lots of fun restaurants and wine bars. You need a car to get around. I may be able to provide transportation for foreign guests with no car but will have to discuss fees. You will love the area, there are lots of fun things to do close by.
