The apartments are on the hilltop and have picturesque and breath-taking views of the sea, inner islands, sky, mountains and nearby village. You can witness full sunrise and moonrise, and partial glare of the sunset. It also has full view of the international Sea Port entrance and flight paths to/from Seychelles. The apartment is 3 minutes drive to ferry to other islands and 17 minutes drive to the airport/beach. This is a residential area and apartments are set to give customers breath-taking and picturesque views of the sea, sky, mountains and villages below and in the far distance. Very safe neighbourhood with the nearest shop at 3 minutes walk away. The area was generally forest-like and still boast some forest-like vegetations and plants. The end of the main road is close to the property, and hence, almost no passer-by. Since he apartment is centrally located, you can easily access all modes of transport including the public transport (buses), which are very cheap to use. The apartment is close to most amenities and the capital, and only 3 minutes drive to the port/ferry to all inner and outer islands including Praslin and La Digue. We have two main parking areas and they are both free of charge and safe. You can walk uphill or downhill in the neighbourhood which have good network of road to drive or walk around.
