Close to Higgins Lake. A small community beach and playground are a 3 block walk from the home. The Higgins lake State Parks (North& South) are close by. You’ll love the separate entrance and private space and the use of the fire pit and gas grill in the back. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). We are close to Fred's of Roscommon ( 10 minute drive for pizzeria and bowling), & more! TV (local channels) & DVD are provided. *Note* no cleaning fee added Higgins Lake has been noted as one of the world's most beautiful lakes. This space is a 3 block walk from the lake. Guests will have access to an upper level (stairs are necessary for access) apartment. There is a living room, bedroom and bathroom with shower (no tub). There is also a table/dinning area. The dinning area has a small fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker. There is not a full kitchen however you will have access to our gas BBQ grill and fire pit in the back (at own risk). My wife and I will be there to greet you upon arrival and will be available throughout your stay. Walking distance to lake, park, store and restaurant. It is a short walk to the lake however if you would prefer to drive you can drive and park at the playground on Sam-O-Set blvd. *no cleaning fee added* Antenna TV (local channels) are provided.
