1880’s Renovated Main St Loft

Minutes from Exit 81 of the Ohio Turnpike. Very cool renovated loft/studio apartment in downtown Elmore (20 minutes from Toledo, 45 minutes from Cedar Point, 30 minutes from Lake Erie Island ferries and 20 minutes from Magee Marsh and Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge and 10 minutes from White Star Quarry). Exposed brick walls & hardwood floors. Sleeps up to 6. Air conditioning & Wi-Fi. Renovations have been made to this very unique living space which we look forward to sharing with you. It is a studio-style loft with hardwood floors and exposed brick walls with vaulted ceilings. The open concept space is approximately 1250 square feet. There are four large windows in front and three in the back allowing lots of natural light. We have two queen sized beds and very comfortable daybed with pull out trundle and a couch that converts to a twin. A full size kitchen with fridge, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. Small appliances include a coffee maker, toaster and blender. Also there is a washer & dryer for your use. This is a second floor guest house, and you will have a key to the street-side door and a key to the top of the stairs. We live pretty close and can take care of any issues or needs you may have. This is small-USA. We have a local coffee shop, a diner, a pizza shop, a bar that serves cold beer and great bar food, and a new bistro located right next door! We have great little shops in town including a lovely boutique, yarn shop, antique shops, quilt shop and a wonderful General store. We are also home to KPea, a manufacturer of a unique clothing line. The loft is located 15-25 minutes from restaurant chains like Chili’s, Five Guys & Cracker Barrel as well as additional shopping. We are about an hour from the Detroit Airport (DTW) and about 30 minutes from Toledo Express (TOL). We are minutes from the Ohio Turnpike (exit 81). Plenty of free public parking.
