Cozy townhome, perfect for up to 6 guests. Access to nearby local restaurants, bars, scenic trails for hiking, and a 4 mile drive to Hunter Mountain. This ski house has beautiful views with a front balcony and rear deck with outdoor seating. Enjoy the entire place for you and your guests. Easy accessibility with keyless entry with access code, blue tooth speaker, smart thermostats for baseboard heaters, Free Wifi, mobile device chargers throughout, and 4 flat screen tvs with access to streaming. It’s a cozy 3 level townhome with spacious vaulted ceilings and perfect for up to 6 guests. On the 1st story is the mudroom, two bedrooms, & a full bathroom with tub and shower. On the second level is another bathroom with a sink, toilet and very compact shower, the kitchen- open to the living room area, including a wood burning stove-fireplace, that opens up to a front balcony, and a larger back deck with chairs on both decks. The third level is the loft with two twin beds, a couch, desk & TV. The pool house is a short walk across the parking lot. The indoor heated pool temperature is set to low 80°s with the air temperature in the mid 70°s. One vehicle per reservation allowed in lot in front of townhome, an additional vehicle can be parked at the pool house. The house is pretty stocked with amenities. This unit does not have an air conditioner and can tend to get very warm inside on hot days. Please take the time to read through all rules before booking. Access to Private/Members Only Indoor Heated Pool (pool temp set to low 80’s- it is not a hot tub. Pool dimensions; 31.5’L x 15.5’W, shallow end 3.5’ deep, deepest-end 5’ deep). Located in Tannersville near local restaurants, bars, and all of the villages’ amenities... Tops Supermarket, The Catskill Mountain Country Store and Restaurant, Twin Peaks Coffee & Donuts, Selena’s Diner, Maggie’s Krooked Cafe, Jessie’s Steakhouse, Hilltop Bar & Grill, Mama’s Boys Burgers, and Ice Cream, Sal’s Pizza, Chateau Belleview, Last Chance, Pancho Villas, or Ma-Ma’s Pizza in Hunter for delivery... literally every spot the local community has to offer is within walking distance, or you can call Smiley’s for car service. Lake Rip Van Winkle is nearby. You can go fishing, go for a swim, or swing from the monkey bars at the playground. There are musical chimes, a basketball court, bring a soccer ball to kick around in the grass, or use in the Ga-ga ball hexagon court. There is also a volleyball sand court with a net set up and ready to play in the warmer months and a skate park! We are located close to town in Tannersville. You can drive/walk to local eateries or call Smiley’s Car Service to get a lift. Maximum number of 6 guests, including children age 2+ (fees apply for each extra guest) We have a strict no-pet policy. There are courtesy pool towels for your use, the bath towels accommodated are NOT for pool use. Pool temp set to low 80’s. It is not a hot tub. Due to wild animals in the area guest trash cannot be left outside and must be taken with you or to the local dump, not far from the townhome. Parking- Please park directly in front of our unit, pulled up to the curb. No more than ONE vehicle per reservation permitted in the lot. There is ASSIGNED parking for each unit. Any additional cars must park at the clubhouse/pool house. We wish you a very comfortable stay. There are many accommodations for your use including coffee grounds with a coffee maker and filters as well as whole coffee beans, a grinder and drip filter. Mi Casa es su casa. Enjoy!
