A minimalist-style house. Inspired by American Tiny Houses, the house is exclusively composed of furniture and essential items for the well-being and comfort of the guest. It has a clean look, with white walls and furniture in Black, White and earth tones, making the environment soft and cozy. In the entrance hall there is a bench for 2 people and a garden table, where you can enjoy a nice breakfast outside or drink a good wine in the evening. Upon entering you have access to the kitchen, where for your convenience we have: Microwave, Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Blender, Coffee Maker, Mixer and various kitchen utensils. In the corner of the kitchen, we designed a space for laundry items, such as: Washing machine, Tank, materials and cleaning products. In the Living Room you can enjoy a Sony 32" SmartTV with access to Netflix, Discovery +, YouTube and much more. With 125mb Wi-Fi you'll be able to work, play and watch your favorite series without crashing. For better air quality and temperature adjustment, we have an Climatizer that can be turned on in the room of your choice. In the bedroom, a treliche (3 single beds) and a wardrobe, with hangers and drawers to comfort your items and belongings, as well as a clothes iron. Our Garage has 3 parking spaces, shared with 2 other cars belonging to the Main Residence. Practically all basic needs are covered on foot with no more than 5 minutes of walking, with some exceptions, but most local businesses have parking spaces, if you prefer to trave by car. Well located, from the little house you have easy access to Bakeries, Markets, Pharmacies, Banks, Groceries, Free Markets (Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays) and much more. In case of emergency, there is easy and quick access to the Emergency Room, as well as Health Posts and Hospitals for exams and other medical needs.
