It is located on the north end of Hagerman off Highway 30, just a short distance into town. We border Billingsley Creek State Park where kayaking, canoeing, hiking, biking, fishing, viewing wildlife and historic areas are basically out the back door and a paved walking path right out the front door. Picnic in the back yard in the summer or cuddle up by the gas fireplace in the winter. There is no public transportation in Hagerman; however, we are close enough to town that walking is an option. There is a paved walking path from the house to the city sidewalks in town which makes for an easy safe walk. This property is perfect for extended family stays, couples, small retreats, or small get-togethers for family reunions, crafting, bachelorette parties, mother/daughter getaways, etc.
