- Guest Brm is in the Basement (no bathroom & closet however there's a Dresser) - Shared 1/2 bathroom in the L/R floor & a full shared bathroom on the 2nd floor. - Master Brm has its own full bath (not available to guests). - Kitchen: All guests stock their own food to prepare (or eat out) - Occupants: My Husband, 11yr old daughter and a less than 1yr-old baby) - Family and friends stops by for visits. - Outside smoking only. - All guests must respect our home/property and all occupants. My family (Husband, 11yr old girl and a less than 1yr-old baby) occupy the home. More property details in the Summary section. - Shared 1/2 bathroom on the main floor (living room area) - Shared living room. - Shared dining table. - Shared full bathroom on the second floor. - Basement entertainment. (ceiling mounted projector and a foosball table) - Shared Kitchen (must stock with your own food) - Washer & Drier ( due to the cost of electric, both W/D are available on certain times of the day Mon-Frid but any time on Sat and Sun) - Driveway parking. (No access to garage parking) - we mainly ask all guests to respect the property and all occupants of the home. - our hosting availability varies. We'll answer any questions individually to whoever would like to know more. Good access to main shopping centers and the Interstate. However you'll need a rental vehicle or transportation ( like Uba or Lyft). No public transportation in the neighborhood. You will need to have a rental vehicle or a taxi since shopping is at least 1/2 mile away from the house. Quick access to the interstate/ highway and shopping mall/centers. Our personal vehicles are not available for guest's use.
