Renting the main floor is basically renting 2 private bedrooms, your party shares 1 full bathroom (with shower) , optional extra sleeping for guest on the couch, blow up mattress. There is an additional charge for extra guests. You have full access to everything on the main floor, but kitchen ,gym, and laundry are shared, although not likely when your party is home. Main floor and exterior. Not basement or upstairs. Host lives on premises, always available through messaging. Friendly but will allow your party privacy. Total American feel. Family friendly, quiet. Front yard bus top will zip you back and forth to Logan. Ask for details if interested. Easy walk to Mack park, summit creek, canyon roads, lovely cemetery, 2 minute drive to the golfing, rec center, stores, eats, etc... great area to bike. With notice we rent bikes, small boat/canoe.
