Quiet House in a quiet neighborhood

A quiet comfortable king OR twin bed upstairs room with separate private bath. Our home is on a cul de sac in a quiet neighborhood. Off street parking. This room is in our home, we are both fully vaccinated and abide by AIRBNB Covid cleaning standards. We are only minutes from the popular Aria Wedding Banquet facility and the Palace Theater in Waterbury. 5 minutes from I-84 and Route 8, we are close to New Haven and many area universities. LGBTQ+ Friendly. Private king bedded guest room with walk in closet. Bed can be converted to two twin beds with advanced notice. Bed has memory foam topper and is super comfortable. Guest room has Roku TV, hi speed wireless and a charging station. You may use the family room for relaxation, eat in kitchen with microwave: coffee, tea, snacks available. Deck may be used when the weather is nice, spacious grounds and gardens. We will be available or nearby to be contacted by phone. Both hosts are fully Covid vaccinated. This is quiet neighborhood between Waterbury and New Haven, Conn. We are 5 minutes from I-84 about half way between New York City and Boston. Convenient to: The Aria Banquets (weddings etc one mile away) Post University, Quinnipiac University, Yale University, Southern Conn. State University. Litchfield County antiquing and wine tours also nearby. Amtrak and Metro North train station is one half hour away (New Haven, CT). Hartford bus and rail 45 minutes. We have a quiet, friendly, mature cat and sometimes sit for a small, friendly, well behaved dog. Will provide code for high speed wireless which is accessible throughout the house and deck.
