"Owlhoot Annexe" affectionately named after our resident Bengal Eagle Owl, "Benny" is a detached, single storey, one-bedroom, modern barn-style conversion nestling in the heart of a Suffolk village. Owlhoot Annexe provides underfloor heating, with high vaulted ceilings making it light and airy with open plan living and a double sliding door leading to your private veranda and garden area. The perfect outside area for BBQ and relaxing with views over the extensive garden complete with wildlife pond, and two resident geese. Private veranda Garden area outside veranda and to the right of the property, where you can relax with your own garden table, chairs, parasol + BBQ. Free-parking, on site for up to 4 cars. I will be available via phone or email to assist guests with any problems or needs. Nestling in a rural Suffolk village, within walking distance to the local village shop and pub. We are also close to the quintessential English villages of Lavenham and Long Melford, There is a local bus service to Sudbury, Lavenham, Bury St Edmunds and Long Melford. We are approximately 2.6 miles from Sudbury train station servicing London. There are many cycling and walking routes near-by. The river Stour for canoeing and boat trips is within a 3 mile radius We are very pleased to offer our guests Early check-in 12 noon. A welcome pack is provided. Highchair and travel cot is available on request. Occasional bed for a third person is also available on request. If you are a cyclist, we have secure, free storage available upon request.
