Vila Ivka Holiday Resort

In a quiet area of continental Croatia, up in the hills 15 minutes from the city of Varazdin, you will find a small piece of heaven - Villa IVKA. Villa was built in 2021 and is located in one of the most peaceful parts of continental Croatia. Rustically modern architecture, glass fronts protruding from the house and a balcony on the second floor of the villa create an extraordinary width with a beautiful view of nature and the view extends all the way to hill Ivanšćica and Kalnik. Only one neighbour is near the house. From the other side is an empty house where nobody comes. Right next to the house there is a large meadow of 400m2 which is suitable for playing and recreation. Parking is right next to the house.
