And we are close to Anzac Highway. Private room with a lock, Our house is a modern redesigned 5 bedrooms cottage located in a very safe neighborhood and convenient location. Easy access to CBD, Unley, Glenelg/Henley beach, Flinders University, Marion and more. It’s ideally for couples to have a short getaway or a single trip. The bedroom has all the space you need, wall size closet, study desk, king size bed. You’ll feel the bedroom is cozy & comfortable as it is yours. Private side entrance. You are welcome to share our common living area, dinning area, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, front yard parking area. Our lovely house is a 5 bedrooms 3 bathrooms house and during your stay you’ll be sharing bathroom with 1/2 people. And your private room has a door lock which means there will be other guest stay at the house while you staying at ours. Please be respectful for other guest and theirs privacy. Keeping noise in manner during the night. Take care of the house, clean after use common area. Please note that Pets are allowed pending prior approval. 📝 and the bedroom is carpet !! Please bring your own pet bed or pet pad if you are keeping your furry friend in your room while your stay. (Dog park is just in front our house ) Any pet disposal should be cleaned up to the bin at front yard before you leave. Any property/beddings/furniture/carpets damage caused by pet need to be discussed and charged.
