A new fully equipped small cottage for about 3 people in the best location - heart of the Bohemian Paradise. Located on bicycle roads, river 200m, swimming lake & camp with grill (10min walk) , children playground 300m, restaurants, shops, post in walking distance.Wake park, Stone city, castles near by car. The ground floor has a kitchen with table and 4 chairs, bathroom with shower. Living room with fridge, washing maschine, dryer, dishwasher. Upstairs there are 2 rooms (one with queen size bed with electrical heater ) and children room with a single bed and two mattresses. Outside is a covered garten house with furniture ( table , chairs And terasse with ratan seating. There ks also a hot tube ( water is filled from 1.june ) boxing bag and small Fitness equipment.
